Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, without the need to provide a reason.

To start a return, please email returns@rysypoland.com. After contacting us, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Unused and unworn
• In the original packaging
• With all original labels and tags still attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
