1. Seller and Contact

This online store (“Store”) is operated under the brand RYSY by:

The Seller is not VAT registered in Poland (VAT is not charged on invoices).

2. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all consumer (B2C) purchases made through the Store. We sell physical products only. We do not offer customised products.

We sell worldwide, except we do not ship to: China, Russia, Belarus.

3. Definitions

  • Customer – a consumer purchasing in the Store for purposes not directly related to business activity.
  • Product – a physical item offered in the Store.
  • Order – the Customer’s purchase request placed through the Store.
  • Agreement – the distance sales contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer.

4. Placing Orders and Contract Formation

  • Orders are placed via the Store checkout.
  • The Agreement is concluded when the Customer receives an Order Confirmation email.
  • The Seller reserves the right to cancel an Order (e.g., stock errors, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud). If cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Prices, Currency and Payments

  • Prices are shown primarily in PLN. If prices are displayed in EUR, this is for convenience only and may be based on an indicative exchange rate.
  • The final payable amount is shown at checkout before payment is made.
  • Payment is handled via Shopify’s checkout and available payment methods shown in the Store.
  • The Seller is not VAT registered; invoices/receipts are issued without VAT.

6. Delivery

We ship from Poland using courier services. Dispatch is typically within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Shipping fees

  • Poland: free shipping on all orders.
  • Europe mainland (excluding UK and Ireland): free shipping for orders above 400 PLN; otherwise 85 PLN.
  • International (including UK and Ireland): 150 PLN, or free shipping for orders above 1000 PLN.

Customs, duties and taxes

For destinations outside the EU (including the UK and Ireland), the Customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, local taxes, or handling charges imposed by local authorities or carriers.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the legal right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the Products.

How to withdraw

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us at complaints@rysypoland.com.
  • We recommend including your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
  • You must send back the Products without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal.

Effects of withdrawal

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you for the Products, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Products, whichever is earlier.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer.
  • Refunds are made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

8. Voluntary 30-Day Returns Policy (RYSY)

In addition to the statutory withdrawal right (where applicable), we offer a voluntary return period of 30 days from delivery.

To qualify for a return under this policy, Products must be:

  • unused and unworn,
  • in original packaging,
  • with all original labels/tags attached (if applicable).

Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer, unless the Product is defective or incorrect.

9. Complaints and Legal Conformity (Defects)

If a Product is defective, not as described, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, you have rights under applicable consumer law. For EU consumers, this includes statutory conformity rights for up to 2 years from delivery (subject to applicable rules).

10. Product Use and Care

Products should be used and cared for according to the provided care instructions. The Seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, improper washing, alteration, or normal wear and tear.

11. Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • The Seller is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).

12. Intellectual Property

All content in the Store (including branding, photos, product descriptions, graphics, and logos) is owned by the Seller or licensed to the Seller and may not be used without prior written permission.

13. Excluded Destinations

We do not ship to: China, Russia, Belarus. Orders placed with delivery addresses in these countries may be cancelled and refunded.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your Order applies to that Order.
